To request a return, you need to contact us within a week of receiving the product via email at returns@millionraagas.com
Keep in mind that a product can only be returned if it has been damaged during delivery.

No exchange or refunds on discounted items.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery, and if you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong item altogether, please get in touch with us without delay. This will allow us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to correct it.

Refund policy



Our company policy does not include refunds for any sold products. Instead, we offer exchanges for replacements on purchased items.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached, and must not have been worn or washed. Additionally, please ensure that you provide the receipt or proof of purchase. It's important to note that combining returns of multiple orders may cause delays in processing. Also, please be advised that store credits and gift cards are non-refundable.

Please take note that we reserve the right to reject returns if the products exhibit signs of wear or fail to meet the criteria mentioned above.

After we have received and inspected the returned package, we will inform you of whether your refund request has been approved or denied. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
